Please allow 3 to 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during high volume sales, holidays, or product launches.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers choosing local pickup will receive a notification with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Divine Healing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, Divine Healing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier related issues. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Pamela Smith within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Warm Weather Notice
Because our products are made with natural butters and oils, exposure to high temperatures during shipping may cause melting or texture changes. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If melting occurs, allow the product to return to room temperature before use.
